Recipe Smoothies with avocado and banana
Avocado – 1/2 pcs.
Banana – 1 pc.
Milk – 150 ml
Oatmeal – 2 tbsp. l.
Honey – 1 hour. L.
Cinnamon – a pinch
1. First cleanse avocado and banana. Avocados must be ripe. This can be easily determined. We need a little pressure on the rind, and if the fruit is slightly prominaetsya, that is what we need!
