Soup with meatballs


Minced meat 400g
Potatoes 2 pieces
Chicken egg 1 piece
Onions 2 pieces
Carrot 1 piece
Herbs to taste
Bay leaf to taste
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
Ground black pepper to taste


1. First make the meatballs. To do this, rub the onion on a fine grater, whisk egg and finely chop the parsley. Mix all this with minced meat, salt and mold out of this mix small balls.
2. Cook the meatballs for 2-3 minutes, then drain the water – soup to get a clean and transparent. Pour meatballs 1 liter of boiled water, add back finely chopped potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Cut the carrot, onion chop into cubes and fry vegetables in oil, then add to the soup, and then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
4. Before serving sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
