Sour cream cake of cracker
Sour cream – 500 g
Powdered sugar – 150 g
Gelatin – ’30 (2 bags)
Cookies “cracker” – 300 g
Chocolate – 200 g (2 tiles)
Fruits for decoration (bananas, grapes, strawberries), gels for cakes
1. Soak the gelatin in a little cold water to swell. Mix the sour cream and powdered sugar. Melt the gelatin in a water bath and put into the cream, stirring quickly.
2. crackers break. Add cream to the mix.
3. shape lay a cling film. Grate the chocolate. Put the cream in three layers, sprinkling chocolate. Put in the fridge for an hour or two.
4. Garnish with fruit, pour the jelly for cakes (or conventional, diluted less water, for better hardening). Refrigerate until completely freezing (preferably overnight). Sour cream cake crackers ready.
