Spaghetti bolognese


Olive oil 2 tablespoons
2 cloves garlic
Onion 1 clove
Carrot 1 piece
Celery 1 piece
Minced beef 500 g
Dry red wine 375 ml
Beef broth 500 ml
1 teaspoon sugar
Canned Tomatoes 850 g
Parsley chopped 3 tablespoons
Spaghetti 500 g
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste


1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and add the chopped garlic, onion, carrot and celery. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes until tender vegetables.
2. Increase the heat and add the meat. Stir wooden spoon, break lumps. Add the stock, wine, tomatoes, sugar and parsley. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and add the spices.
3. Before serving, cook the spaghetti, drain and serve with sauce and parmesan cheese.
