Spicy hot chocolate
Dark chocolate 100g
Chili 1 piece
½ vanilla pod pieces
Cinnamon sticks 1 piece
1 tablespoon Cognac
Cane sugar to taste
Whipped cream to taste
1. Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater – not necessarily to the balance, as long as most of them were crushed and does not get too large pieces.
2. Cut along the vanilla bean, break in half chillies and put them together with the cinnamon straw in a saucepan with the milk. Put the milk on the fire and very hot, not boiling. Then pour the grated chocolate and stir, cook for ten minutes.
3. Remove the spices, add sugar to taste chocolate, remove from heat and pour in brandy or amaretto.
4. Pour the drink into cups, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips and cocoa powder.
