Preparation:1. Grate the potatoes, drain excess water.
2. Add the egg, salt, pepper and stir.
3. Minced meat mixed with chopped onion, salt, pepper and spices.
4. From the potato mass to form a small flat round cakes.
5. Put the stuffing between the two cakes.
6. Fry in butter on both sides.
