Recipe Stuffed peppers

2 large Bulgarian pepper,
200-300 grams of minced meat,
1 tomato,
a piece of cheese for sprinkling herbs.


bell peppers cut into two halves and clear from seed.
Stuffed pepper halves prepared as usual minced meat.
Tomatoes cut slices on top of each pepper minced tomato spread circle.
Liberally sprinkle with grated cheese.
We send in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
The finished dish sprinkle with herbs. For garnish you can submit rice, young potatoes.
