Recipe Stuffed potatoes


Potatoes – 1 kg
Minced meat – 300 g
Onions – 2 pcs.
Carrots – 100 g
Tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil


1. Pick up the potatoes the same size. Cut from it midway (this can be done using a knife and a teaspoon). The bottom of the potatoes a little cut, so that they are stable in a frying pan (or skillet).
2. Personal Stuffed potatoes – a taste of the filling. Therefore, put the stuffing: salt, pepper, garlic and onion (previously peremelenny or very finely chopped) and stuffed with potatoes.
Densely laid in the pan. Up to half fill it with salted water and cook until soft.
3. At this time, prepare the gravy. Passeruem onion and carrot in vegetable oil at the end add the tomato paste, a little bit of water and salt.
4. In the half finished stuffed potatoes add gravy and stew until tender.
Serve stuffed potatoes to the table with sauce and chopped herbs.
