Thin russian pancakes on milk


Wheat flour 400g
2 tablespoons sugar
5 pieces of chicken egg
Milk 1L
Pinch of salt
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons


1. Whisk the eggs with sugar, gradually enter the flour and salt.
2. Pour the milk and gently stir until smooth.
3. Leave on for 20 minutes.
4. Add the dough vegetable oil and fry the pancakes on a strongly heated frying pan.
