Turkish Delight


450g sugar.
200g of corn starch.
Pistachios 300-350g.
60g caster sugar.
– Water 250g.
Lemon juice 10-15g.


Sugar water bring to a boil, add the lemon juice and Pour a thin stream of starch, intensive stirring, cook until thick.
