Vegetables in a gentle omelet
– 200 g col. cabbage
– 50 g green peas
– 1-2 tomatoes
– 1 egg
– 10 grams of milk
– Salt, pepper, seasoning to taste
1. Boil the cabbage and peas until tender. Beat the egg with the milk, salt, pepper.
2. The unit dose mold lay out the vegetables, pour the egg mixture and place in oven / microwave oven and bake until done.
