Recipe Yoghurt and berry ice cream
500g fruit yogurt (4-10% fat), 300g of any fresh berries (winter you can use frozen), 1 tablespoon lemon or orange juice, 50g icing sugar.
Berries should be crushed with a mixer, then add in a lot berry lemon juice and yogurt, and whisk well together, gradually adding sugar pouder. Put the resulting mass in the freezer for 3-4 hours, and then put the mixture into small molds, for example, in boxes of yogurt and ice-cream paste sticks. When everything freezes, boxes should be cut, and you’ll get Ice cream on a stick.
