Recipe Yoghurt Cake

we need:

the dough:
Egg 2 pieces
sugar 100g
100 ml yogurt
flour 150g
0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
0.5 tsp baking powder
vegetable oil 25 ml
Souffle:
Drinking yogurt (my blueberry) 800ml
sugar 50g
20 g gelatin
50 ml of milk
1 cup fresh blueberries


Preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar, yogurt, butter and beat well again. Sift flour with baking powder and mix. Connect the two mixtures and mix with a spoon. Pour the batter into the detachable form and bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C about 25 minutes (check the readiness of the dry toothpick). Take the cake out of the oven and leave it in the shape until cool.
Prepare the souffle: gelatin, pour the milk and leave to swell, and then put on fire and warmed until dissolved (do not boil!). Yogurt mix with sugar. Pour a thin stream of warm gelatin in yogurt. Mix well. Add the berries and mix.
Pour the mixture over the cooled cake. Put the cake in the refrigerator until complete solidification. Get our cake and carefully remove the skirting. Decorate the can at your request, I have made waffle rolls.
