Young potato wedges with paprika
Potatoes young 1.5kg
Sweet paprika to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
1. Young potatoes (small tubers) wash and cut into 4 pieces. Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper and sprinkle with ground red pepper (paprika).
2. Put on a baking sheet, skin up, cover with foil and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes (depending on the type of potatoes), then remove the foil and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
