Zucchini Hash browns classic
Squash young 1 piece
Wheat flour, 3 tablespoons
Egg chicken 2 pieces
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil 70 g
1. In a bowl beat the eggs, a little pepper and salt and whisk lightly.
2. Zucchini wash, dry and grate (if not young zucchini – make sure to cut off the rough outer skin and remove the seeds).
3. Add the grated zucchini in egg weight and mix. Add flour and mix well again.
4. Fry the pancakes in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
